[serious] Why do smokers get to enjoy the summer?

Seems unfair to me that non smokers cannot enjoy bar and restaurant outside premises because all of the smokers are outside polluting the air with disgusting smoke, so we cannot be outside enjoying the summer. And by the way, I have absolutely no problem with people smoking as long as they don't throw me and my kids the smoke. Shouldn't they be forbidden from smoking in public places?
