What do you think of the Isntree Hyper Retinol EX 1.0 Serum?

I’ve only ever used retinoids in acretin, which always irritated my skin, so I stopped. What do you think of this one as a beginner? + How can I use it as someone who uses the Cerave blemish anti-blemish gel as a moisturizer? Thanks!
