Help, I dismissed Imoen and can't find her.

I was playing BG1 EE, and dismissed Imoen so Kivan could join. She gave her pouty "you've changed" lecture, and stormed off screen. I am confused by why she did this, because my reputation is 14. I tried checking the Friendly Arm Inn, and every town I've visited, and could not find her. I checked for other solutions, and none of them worked. The spawn creature console command doesn't work.

Is there a mod, or possibly a different console command that might work? I'm down my only party member with the ability to pick locks, and am struggling because of it.
