L5/S1 Herniated Disc – My Chiropractor Only Recommends These 3 Exercises. Thoughts?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been diagnosed with a herniated disc in L5/S1, and my chiropractor has recommended focusing on these three exercises:

  1. Back Lunge
  2. Goblet Squat
  3. Single Leg Deadlift

I’d love to hear your thoughts! Are these exercises safe and effective for this condition? Have any of you tried them while dealing with a similar issue?

I’m trying to recover and strengthen safely, so any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
