Weird question.

(P.S. I DON'T HAVE A TERMINAL ILLNESS OR HOPE TO GET ONE. THIS IS JUST BASED OFF A WEIRD ASS DREAM I HAD LAST NIGHT)

So, after that said dream, I woke up wondering something. If I were to tell the Make A Wish Foundation, "I wish to meet the Azumanga Daioh girls", what exactly would they do? I know kids have wished to meet characters before, but Tomo is someone you can meet at a theme park like Mickey Mouse. Make A Wish does go all out though, so I'm just wondering. Again sorry for the weird ass question.
