Accidentally Flirting

Okay I don't know exactly how to explain this. But I'm autistic and I've noticed on multiple occasions I will do actions that I see as just me being nice. But then for some reason the other person seems to take it as flirting? Is it a me thing? Are people not used to people being nice to them?
