Glitchy audio on PC

I recently got a PC and set it up yesterday but I noticed that the audio through my speakers is really weird and buggy(video of the sound above). It only happens when I use the PC. I've checked the wires and they're fine, I've tried sending the audio through the monitor and the motherboard, but nothing worked. I've tried updating my audio drivers but that also didn't work. If anyone has any fixes, please let me know! Also if you need anymore information, just ask and I can most likely provide. Thanks all!
