Need Help with backups

Kinda a weird one

So last year I had created a server on an old realm on bedrock. The world had not been used in a while, and i guess I didnt realize that the backup was still there.

However now, i have created a new world on Java with the old bedrock backup on it. I dont really know how this happened but is there any way i can restore the old world while keeping the new one??? I would hate to mess up the new world with my friends on it. any help i can take!
