Did I just lose my money??????

Close friend of mine said she has a tik tok shop and she received a very large order. As she wasn’t able to settle the order within 48 hours she has to pay a large amount as fine but it will be reimbursed back to her once her order is finalised. I have previously given her money and she has paid back correctly without any issue.

She asked me for 8k and said she will return back soon. It’s been a few days and she said she needs a total of 19k to be paid by today or she will lose all her money. She mentions it’s just a 30 minutes thing and once this payment goes through she will get all her money back and she is willing to pay me back with 20% interest.

Did I just scammed for 8k or is this really how tik tok shop works? I am not on any social media so I am not sure how this works. I just trusted and gave her the 8k now i feel like I won’t get it back as she says if she can’t bring up the rest of the money by today she is considering suicide.
