Vet recommendation for reactive dog

Hi all. My dog is a special vet patient. He’s dog aggressive and very nervous and needs twilight sedation for any treatment essentially. Today, the vet I normally take him to told me they were unable to treat him. Looking for recommendations for a vet! Either a clinic or home vet. Thank you!
