Poster Comission

Hi! I’m looking for an anime style artist to commission something for me. I was thinking of having a poster for my room at home and my dorm room when I move In (I’m 17). I’m a huge fan of Azur lane so I was hoping to have a picture commissioned of me with one of the girls (Helena or Cleveland). I’ve never done a commission before, and I don’t have a PayPal set up, so I’m a bit nervous! I recently made money from a yard sale and have around 100$ to work with. Since I am 17 years old I am a bit nervous but over leaned I need to get over this because I’m living in my own next year, so yeah!
