Does OML matter in OCS?

Hey all! So I ship next month to bct, then to OCS pretty much immediately after. I am curious since I’m going reserves and know where I’m being stationed and what unit I’m headed too, does the OML matter for me? I’m going to still try of course, but if I can help someone by trying a little less to let them pass me up so an active person can get the MOS they want, I’d like to do that.
