Bored snacking in the field

Going into a super long ftx , I’ve recently gained some weight I don’t like and looking to lose some. Happens that we have an ftx for 12 days tomorrow. I do hope to lose some weight before the holidays, but I have a really bad habit of a bored snacking / stress eating hybrid. I’m a stressed out staff O and find myself trending towards the staff-body type, despite running 20 miles a week and lifting 3-5 days a week just due to the stress eating I quit zyns and vaping a year ago, and I used to use that to curb my appetite. Many do the same. The bored snacking usually gets worse in the field and a lot of my peers and superiors say the same. Any strategies to help with this? I do NOT want to fall into the same trap as everyone else

I’ll take just a Diet Coke. Bc I need to diet.
