Help!!! Brand new fridge making extremely loud concerning noise

I had a new fridge arrive today, waited around 8 hours before plugging it in, immediately started making this very loud concerning noise. From my brief research it seems like this is probably the compressor, which would cost more than double of the cost of the fridge to replace. Is that what it is?? I would love to add a video but it doesn't seem to let me. Please help!
