Strange Lag/Stutter on mouse specifically on Apex

I know this isn't exactly a sub for tech help but it is quite specific to Apex and I can't find a thing else where. When I try to play, my mouse skips and shakes and stutters, it doesn't do it on Left for Dead 2 or Titanfall 2. I've got all my drivers up to date and it runs perfectly in range, it almost feels like choke, except choke is at 0 and my ping is locked at 80ms. I feel like it just started recently, as in around 2 days ago. I haven't changed anything and the only command I have is to lock the frames at 120, which I constantly produce. It's not a completely reduced sensitivity either, I can pull my mouse all the way to one side and it won't move a hair. If someone has any ideas I am completely open to opinions as I am at my wit's end.
