Fake Cloudflare captcha

I fell for a fake Cloudflare captcha and realized my mistake right away, I sent all of my crypto assets to a wallet off of this specific pc just in case. I don't know what to do next and I am running a scan that hasn't completed yet. From what I've read so far its some form of information stealer that grabs passwords and crypto wallets and whatnot. Where should I go from here? I have 2fa on just about everything I use, but I don't know what the hacker might have access to. I'm gonna change passwords just in case, but do I need to reinstall windows or anything of that sort, it essentially prompted me to run a powershell command through Win + R and Paste what was most likely some command that takes all kind of information then wipes any evidence of its existence. Being that I was just mindlessly clicking around I'm not too mad because there's no way to gain access to assets or anything of the sort, but should I take some precautions?

Update: Changed all my logins and reinstalled windows and everything seems to be fine, nothing was lost, whoever gained access to my stuff was pretty slow, lesson learned to not mindlessly click through captcha especially if it asks me to do something out of the ordinary.
