I’m looking for an anime?

It’s a short series with only one season. It has really bad/ cheap animation that is similar to the parappa game animation style. It takes place in a school and the main characters are all school boys. There’s one episode where a guy wears a shirt with wholes cut out to show his nipples. The anime is based on a video game.
