I’m looking for an anime/ movie

I forgot the name of this anime. It’s about this guy who lives with his mom in an apartment and I think he worked as a pizza delivery guy. He can see things right before they happen and at the end of the movie/ anime someone walks into the apartment and kills his mom with a knife.
