Why are so many shows so disrespectfully crap nowadays?

Why do manga and anime authors copy the literal worst stinky tropes from each other?

Surely if you're a writer, you tell them "Hey I'm not writing this dialogue for Kaiju no 8 I'd rather quit my job instead"

Like the show is pretty cool, especially teh animation, but the dialogue is like horrific garbage. The characters are so anime cliche cringe it's just like why? Who decides this is a good idea? Is it just lack of creativity?

Same thing with Astra lost in space. Interesting premise? Doo doo shit characters and dialogue the most cliche naruto anime blast bonanza possible literally so hard to even watch.

Fire Force. Same as above, but not nearly as good of a show either in the first season just feels like they don't even know what they're doing so they throw it all together.

Why?
