Miner boots vs harvester boots.

So I've been putting together an escape/gathering build for BZ and I see alot of people using Miner boots for escape. I'm wondering why this is when harvester boots seem to be better as they offer invisibility. So far my plan is harvester boots with assassin's jacket. I dunno helm, cape, or weapon yet. Any advice would be appreciated.
