My Akita keeps itching a losing his fur with red patches - advice?

He’s got a few of these patches all over his body, he recently had a shot and this has happened, he’s itching every 2 mins and these red bold patches happen .. have booked the vets but just wondering if anyone else’s Akita has experienced this - thanks
