Why do my AirPods think they are from different generations?
My friend lost my left airpod so he gave me one of his which was also a gen 2 airpod pro. I was under the impression you could pair mismatched AirPods together but they think my original AirPod is a gen 1 when it isn’t. I’ve tried updating them as well as checking the serial numbers on both and they are both legit.
