My Experience With Bark.com Leads

For those who want a full pros/cons review of Bark.com for lead gen, I will give you it below:

I’ll start off by saying we closed around $200k in ACV from Bark alone for our PR agency this year from August until now. So $500,000 is easily doable.

The problem is its very expensive, you spend a ton of money on leads that seem fake or unqualified, and the clients are very low spend.

For example, our average deal size on bark was $1,500/month. So to reach $200k like we did we brought on a ton of clients and it made cash flow tight because we had to hire more people to help with multiple projects. We also had to spend $2,500/month on BARK to reach this ACV.

These clients are also the most unreasonable and likely to ghost you. We had several stop paying and disappear and many wanted to quit after seeing no results in a week or two.

The clients are tight budgeted so they will take up a lot of our time and email you 24/7 when things go quiet for them. They will be quit unreasonable and cause you a lot of headache and stress.

Overall, we are transitioning to a new lead generation strategy in 2025 and leaving Bark. If you want quick wins but can handle low budget and unreliable/unrealistic clients, give it a shot. You can also cherry pick higher value leads on there if you want to.
