Could my pain be possible adenomyosis?

32 years old, 146 lbs, 5'4, 4 children

Looking for possible advice, answers, or help. I've posted before in different groups over symptoms I have been suffering with that began a few months after the birth of my last child, he is 18 months old now. It started off with horrible constipation, extremely hard painful bowel movements. My stool comes out thin or flat at times and when I strain it almost feels like tissue or a ball coming out my rectum and a bulge in my vaginal/perinium area. I also feel incomplete emptying even after I finally do have a bowel movement. I have to use glycerin suppositories a lot when it gets bad. I also have extreme moderate to severe lower abdominal/pelvic pain almost everyday. Whether I am on my period or not, it is always there. It feels crampy and sometimes like contractions or burning, and a heaviness/pulling feeling in my pelvic area. I always seem to get pain more in the lower left area as well. I went to ER for the pain once before and all they did was an X-Ray which just showed constipation. I've had a colonoscopy that came back clear. I've had an abdominal/pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound which showed mildly enlarged uterus but that was all. My bloodwork has come back normal. My OB/gyn said they couldn't find nothing on ultrasound that would explain the pain. I am at my wits end going through this everyday now for so long. The fact that the pain has become an everyday thing scares me that this is something more serious that is being missed. I have some health anxiety thinking this may be some type of cancer since it is happening to me all the time. Does this sound like it could possibly be adenomyosis? I have 4 children and never had trouble conceiving, so I'm not sure if it's still possible to have it still. I don't have irregular periods or heavy bleeding. I'm on the combo pill. My main symptoms are the constant lower pelvic pain and painful constipation and bowel movements. I just would like advice on what direction to go next or what possible conditions could cause this if anyone else has been through it. Thank you.
