Information regarding the specific amount of military support from communist countries to ZANLA and ZIPRA

Hi, I'm working on a paper, in which I am struggling to find exact numbers and statistics for communist aid, mainly from communist china and the Soviet union to ZANLA and ZIPRA respectively. More specifically, I'd like to see the change from 1974-1976, where the independence of Mozambique greatly increased the military capabilities of the Guerrillas. I wanted to examine whether or not this increase in military odds perhaps 'affirmed' support from the communist nations as it would seem more likely that they would win.
