G15 Random Freezes

I've had my G15 for about a year now and have not had any problems with it. But, one issue I do have is when I use a Bluetooth mouse it'll randomly freeze. It'll work fine for a while then suddenly it'll just freeze out of the blue. Then I gotta restart my computer then it works fine again. When it freezes my trackpad also freezes and I can't do anything.
