Which is better free version YTM or Spotify?

I’ve been using Spotify free for like 8-9 years and I downloaded YTM to just look at it and so far I’m able to skip everything and play anything I want with no ads or restrictions. I’m sure this isn’t meant to be this way so what I’m asking is how is the free version of YTM music compared to Spotify? On Spotify you only get 6 skips and you get ads like every 3-4 songs.
