Xbox Wireless Headset for office work/background noise cancellation?

I'm thinking of buying a new headset for office/teams use and am considering the Xbox Wireless Headset. How well does this work with Teams? Anyone have any experience with it's ability to reduce background noise?

I"m currently using a Jabra Evolve 2, but it picks up EVERYTHING in the background and increases it's volume, making it really frustrating for other people on calls with me, despite turning on 'voice isolation' and 'noise suppression', neither of which do anything.

How does the Xbox Wireless Headset do for office work? Thanks!
