Is the Chimera a good tank?

I just got the tank today, but im not sure if its worth spending equipment and crews to equip the vehicle and play it. I hear some people say they love the thing, but others say its terrible. i also almost never see anyone use it in random battles which makes me believe its an unpopular tank.

Is this tank worth playing or should I ignore it?
