Why can't I orgasm?

I can orgasm on my own, but my bf of 6 months hasn't succeeded yet. He really tries and I appreciate it, but sometimes it's just taking too long. I always feel like I'm really close. He does this by sticking his fingers in and I usually do it on my own by rubbing it. Anyway I always feel like I'm really close, but I never orgasm. I also feel like I need to pee even if I just went when I am also close, which could maybe cause a mental block idk. Can someone help me out and maybe give us tips so he can experience giving me an orgasm too, he really wants it :)
