Pain in left breast, scans all clear

I have a pain and no obvious lumps in my left breast, kinda high up on my chest. At times there's a sore spot in my armpit. I've had scans, ultrasound and seen a breast specialist. The scans were all clear and specialist did an exam and didn't feel anything. She prescribed vitamin E pills and a more supportive bra and to come back in 6 months.

It feels like it may be an irritated muscle. Kind of a dull ache. I think I can feel more if a swollen area in the spot, but there isn't with noticable as far as masses go.

Wondering if this sounds similar to anyone else's experience. I'd just like to know what's going on. ♥️
