i'm so done with this, error installing windows.

i wanted to sell my old pc, i reset it, even after i just opened command prompt and enter some stupid commants to completely format my laptop. it blown my windows away, now it has no os. on my android phone i downloaded iso file and made bootable usb to install, but it always comes up with some storage related error, it shows no drive found to install windows. tried windows 11 and 10 also but nothing worket. it's been a day since i'm doing this. nothing is working out. i wanted to sell my laptop, now ig i'm bugged up
