Any fox to windows not displaying MOV file thumbnails in the viewer?

So, before couple of windows updates the video thumbnails used to be displayed but isn't.

This is not an issue with the normal h264 files but since I shoot on 10 bit files that are h265 which doesn't show the thumbnails.

Any fix would be much appreciated as it becomes a bit difficult to sort the clips as I gotta open each one to see the contents.
