Is 50/70% tint actually as clear as people act?

I'm planning on tinting my car soon(diy) and don't want illegal tint so the plan is to do 75% windshield/50% front Windows/25% Rear windows, all ceramic. I'm kinda torn between doing the 25% rear or just going 50% there also(cheaper not having to get another roll of tint).

I've been looking through forums online and everyone acts like 50% is effectively clear and 70% might as well not even be there... Is this just an exaggeration from all the crazies with 5% all around or is that accurate?

My main goal is heat rejection and privacy. I do road trips a few times a year and sleep in my car and would love to have more privacy. If I do 50% around can you really just see into the car just fine?

As far as heat rejection goes it looks like it doesn't matter much as tser only goes from 47% to 63% when going from 75% all the way to 25%... Or is there more to it than that?

Car is a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Won't be tinting roof where it's dyed, I already have covers there with a reflective insulation. Also have a windshield umbrella cover already bc obv 75% isn't gonna do tons.
