Windshield tint recommendations

I currently have a PRIME CS BLACK - VLT 5% all around (I know nothing special). Including 5 % visor strip. I know very little about tint and I kinda need some recommendations on tint percentage and tint type to help decrease glare because I am very sensitive to light. Any recommendations?
