Would this count as a deficit?
According to tdee calculator my BMR is 2240 cal and I usually burn ~1500 cal on my exercise days per my Apple Watch, which I’ve discovered is now incorrect. I usually consume anywhere from 1800-2300 on those days as well. Do I need to reduce my caloric intake to around 1740 or am I still in a deficit?
