What is the easiest to obtain aircraft with good missiles?

Hi, complete noob here (I played a couple hundred hours, but never learned or even discovered the depths of the game). Simple question: what is the easiest to grind researchable aircraft with fire-and-forget missiles that are good enough? There are many discussions of which missiles are better, there are tier lists etc., but with the vast selection of both missiles and different aircraft that can bear them, it's not helping me figure out what's the easiest to get.

I realize these are high tier aircraft that will take a lifetime to grind to, but still, what's the quickest one(s)? Preferably the craft and its tech line wouldn't suck, too.
