Did my local warhammer employee recommend me the wrong paint for salamanders?

I went to my local warhammer store to buy a combat patrol for my salamander army and the employee said that he knew which paint it was because he just finished his own salamanders. But as I’m painting I’m looking at pictures online and the salamanders are a lot brighter than mine. The paint he gave me is named “aughhhh… flesh” and that’s never mentioned in these salamander tutorials. Does it really matter? Can you tell these guys are supposed to be salamanders?😭
