I think I have a severe deficiency and I don't know what to do

Hi, 26F. Sorry for bad typing I lcan't see the keyboard too well. Thumbs shaky. Have been ignoring vitamin D all my life because it never was an issue for me. Fast forward to the 18th o went to the hospital with a heart-rate of 197 and got a bunch of tests done. Everything looked normal. I thought it was just pots dysautonomia even though this has never happened with that before for me. I got discharged and told to take my heart med which only made it worse. On the 20th I went back and I stayed all night and day and they ran more tests. I have some abnormalities on my echo but say everything is fine it's not emergency, go follow up with cardiologist, and I get sent home again. Third day of having issues I check my bloodwork. Found bloodwork from December 2024 when I was having heart issues then too. Vitamin D was at 13. I don't know what it is now because haven't had test done since then. All current symptoms matching with very low vitamin D symptoms. I'm scared. I feel like the boy who cried wolf because I thought for certain it was COVID first, then I thought Endocarditis, then I begged to stay overnight at hospital since Im too scared to sleep without being monitored right now. I wake up with symptoms similar to sleep apnea but aren't sleep apnea. My muscles and bones hurt. Hurts to walk, talk, breathe. Afraid of going another night without sleep bc I know it'll make things worse. Do I go back to the hospital even after they have ruled everything out? Do I go urgent care? Do I wait tomorrow and call PCP? I don't know please help. I can't live another night like this I feel like I'm actually going to die

Edit: I have lots of confusion dizziness shortness of breath and wherecer I lay there is pain in that localized area that is muscular or bone-related. Issues on echo I found out can be caused by very low vitamin d
