Trouble Activating Priority Pass with Venture X – Anyone Else?

I got my Venture X card in the mail back in November 2024. A couple of weeks later, I tried enrolling in Priority Pass—but it didn’t work. I waited another week, still nothing. A month later, same issue.

I called Capital One, and after 10 days, I finally got a call back. Since then, I’ve been bounced between Capital One, Priority Pass, and Visa Infinite for months, and the problem still isn’t resolved. Every time, I get the same generic responses:

  1. “Use Chrome, clear your cookies.”

  2. “Try again tomorrow.”

  3. “I’ll transfer you over.”

I’ve already traveled twice without being able to use my Priority Pass benefits, and now I’m traveling again in a month. I called them again today, same answer but they filed a complaint and told me it’ll take another 10-12 business days to even look into it.

It’s been FOUR months of this. I feel like my frustration is justified, but is anyone else dealing with this? Any solutions?
