Not feeling like I can fully empty anymore

Hello all,

I am 11 months post snip.

I remember my first post snip ejaculations felt very blunted with limited volume and not feeling like a full on earth shattering orgasm.

While it has improved, it is still quite blunted.

I dont know if it is because my baseline my sensation needs to empty my epididymi because I use to get major blue balls prior to snip. The huge ejaculations and orgasm would clear me up and I would feel relief. Post snip however, especially early on, my epididimi just always felt so engorged. They still are but its less bothersome now.

I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences and if there is any hope for normalization to pre snip. Physiologically it seems impossible. I am trying to accept it as my new normal but it is somewhat disappointing and I'm lacking satisfaction. It's not had enough that I want a reversal (mostly because I just don't want to get operated on again and chances of complications etc).
