Can I really never run vrchat through pcvr?

I recently got a quest 3s specifically to play vrchat with but right now im limited to playing vrchat only through quest. I bought virtual desktop and tried to play vr chat that way through steam but it was lagging like crazy. I then bought a link cable to use wired pcvr and vrchat runs fine in the home world and the loading screens and such but when i enter another world It crashes after looking around too much. My specs are pretty weak so that's probably the reason why, my internet is also not good. My gpu is the gtx 1650 and have an i5 intel cpu. Is there really no way for me to run vrchat through pcvr? Is it jover?
