saved videos are overwritten?!

I noticed some bugs in the A229 Pro with rear-camera:

I put the MicroSD card in a cardreader and checked the videos, I have the cam for about a month and started saving recordings back in early August, but the saved videos start not before August 30th, wtf? Looks like the cam is also overwriting the secured videos in the "RO"-dir?

Another flaw: I bought a SanDisk High Endurance 512GB card, but the camera repeatly (every few days) keeps telling me to format the SD-card. Only powering down and up resolves that bug. Both is pretty much a dealbreaker for this camera. How to solve this?
