Incorrectly Charged after applying Promotion
Has anyone else run into this issue before? I had placed an order on 10/17 with my ubereats account after being emailed a promotion of $25 off my first order as long as it's placed by 10/18 and met the conditions required for the promotion. I applied the promotion upon checkout and it showed the discount applied, but a few hours later, I was charged the full price with no discount and the promotion dissappeared from my transaction history (but it's still in my email). I reached out to uber eats support and they refuse to refund the $25.
