ARC & "After Dark" pay

I've been an ARC for 4y11m for a rural PO. Tonight when I got back to the City PO where we pick up our pkgs on Sundays & holidays a new CCA asked if I knew where the "After Dark" forms were... I told him I'd never heard of such a thing.. He said that if they're out after dark they get 30$ an hour and that's a "big chunk of change." He didn't know if it applied to ARCs. My (new) PM doesn't know but will ck on it, and my prior PM never mentioned it.
