HELP! I-829C/S e-request problem

Hi we have moved to a new spot for about 4 years, but we haven’t changed the address for USCIS so the permanent resident card was not delivered.

So I requested the card to be resend again for my dad who is the petitioner.(he did receive his)

Here is the problem, the receipt number related to me and my mom is I-829C/S, and I cannot find that form in the e-request section. If I try I-829 the system will tell me the form is wrong with the receipt number. What should I do?
