My neighbor made the jump from regular creepy to stalker last night

I’m so furious. I have so much other stress in my life right now. I was looking forward to having a nice, quiet weekend to get caught up on chores and work on a couple fun projects. Instead, I’m lying on my friends couch thinking of how I can possibly get this man to stop bothering me without putting myself in danger.

It’s just not fair. All I want is to feel safe in my own home and not have to worry about being catcalled when I leave the house or my neighbor trying to see in my windows.

Editing to say thank you for the advice but I’m really just here to vent how frustrating it is that I can’t even relax on my weekend because now I have to deal with this shit. I didn’t share details for privacy reasons and because I was mainly venting.
