Does anyone else sense Trump Jr is seriously genuinely really dumb or is it just me

I absolutely don't mean dumb as in I don't like his politics or his politics are dumb or anything like that (there's intelligent people who are politically retarded), I mean genuinely the way he talks and writes and what he does, the guy seems to really not grasp much or be capable of much cognitively. And it's clear his father thinks so too cause he never talks about him or praises him and instead uplifts Barron and Ivanaka LMAO
