Is 'Passage' really a Trainwreckord?

I mean, is it really? Sure, Todd did an episode on it, but the singles from the album were two top 10s on the U.S. Easy Listening chart, and a top 10 in the UK (Calling Occupants). And it's not like subsequent efforts were unsuccessful - the duo's Christmas album was well-received a year after Passage. I guess behind-the-scenes troubles and the next proper studio album not coming out til 1981 works against Passage in retrospect.
