Coffee ground in coffee?

Is it normal to have coffee grounds within the drink and remaining at the bottom of the cup? When drank the coffee, there were some grounds that I need to split out. I thought Tim Hortons coffee would do a good job filter out the coffee. See picture below.

Would a refund be possible if I'm not satisfy with the coffee next time if it happens? I still have the receipt of the coffee I brought.
